Wagyu beef – $3 (White House)

Here at DA Wagyu Farms, we selectively breed our cows with the best genetics to ensure that we produce the best possible steaks for anyone to enjoy. Our cows are raised on a stress free, organic farm where they are treated like pets. All our steers are grain finished for 6 months or more to maximize the Wagyu’s marbling, tenderness, and taste come harvest time. Also known as American Kobe beef, wagyu beef is known the world over for its intense marbling and exceptional taste. You can only find Wagyu at premier steakhouses where it sells for hundreds of dollars per pound! Now, you can fill your freezer with those very steaks for you, your family and if they’re lucky, some close friends to enjoy!
I have two remaining steers left with mid-March processing dates. The first is a 50% Wagyu/angus cross steer that will weigh in at roughly 1100lbs. He can be in your freezer in time for those spring barbecues for $3.50/lb based on his live weight. Half carcass option may be available for $3.75/lb.
The second option is a RARE treat! He is a full blood, 100% Wagyu steer! Grass fed, grain finished and will weigh around 900-1,000lbs by processing day. I’m making available a half carcass as we plan on keeping the other half for those upcoming barbecues. That half carcass is available for $5/lb based on half of his live weight.
I will deliver the steers to the processor where they will be butchered and aged according to your instructions. Depending on your proximity to Nashville, Charlotte, or anywhere in between, I can assist with delivery if needed.
